WHAT WE BUILD

Cloud, data and security capabilities

We strengthen the platform underneath the product so releases are predictable, data stays useful, and the system remains easy to change.

  • 01Cloud-native architecture and platform engineering
  • 02Data pipelines, APIs, and observability
  • 03DevSecOps, identity, and access control
  • 04Performance, quality engineering, and delivery automation

Typical uses

Platform and data engineering for software that needs predictable releases, useful telemetry, and a clear operational owner. We strengthen the systems underneath the product.

A platform ready for growth

Separate application responsibilities, improve delivery automation, and make capacity and costs easier to understand.

Useful data foundations

Connect source systems, validate incoming data, and provide dependable datasets and APIs for product teams.

Modernization

Move an application in manageable steps with migration checks, rollback options, and a record of architecture decisions.

Project inputs
and deliverables

Bring the current architecture, release process, symptoms, and growth expectations. We can begin with a read-only assessment before changing a production system.

A scoped engagement can include

  • Architecture and dependency documentation
  • Versioned infrastructure and release configuration
  • Data contracts and pipeline quality checks
  • Identity and access design
  • Monitoring, recovery procedures, and operating ownership
Working with US, Canadian, and European teams

Before we begin.

Can you work in our cloud environment?

We assess the existing environment and your preferred hosting model. Access, deployment ownership, approved services, and release permissions are agreed before implementation.

Will a rebuild be necessary?

An assessment may identify a smaller change: a database adjustment, clearer service boundaries, improved deployments, or better observability. A rebuild is proposed only when the evidence supports it.

How do you approach security requirements?

We define the data, identities, access boundaries, and operational responsibilities for the project. Required controls and any external assessment are made explicit in the scope.
